Raúl Cabeza Pérez (Cuba) is an Automation Engineer from the José Antonio Echeverría Higher Polytechnic Institute in Havana (Cuba).
Since 2013, he has been working at the National Protected Natural Areas Centre of Cuba as Coordinator of the Renewable and Low-impact Energies Program under the National Protected Natural Areas System of Cuba. He also worked on the Risk and Climate Change Management Program.
He has also developed coordination of the Climate Change Effects Evaluation Program for the spread of invasive exotic species as part of the project entitled Improving the Prevention, Control and Management of Invasive Exotic Species in Vulnerable Ecosystems in Cuba.
In 2015, he was appointed Head of the Technical Group at the National Protected Natural Areas Centre of Cuba for the purpose of coordinating and leading its technical activities.
